Old ways of thinking and negative thought patterns and beliefs hinder your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual growth. In a hypnotherapy session you are guided through imagery and relaxation techniques. As the conscious mind is relaxed, the subconscious mind is more receptive. You are in a greater state of awareness to accept positive ideas, suggestions and affirmations. Healing begins as you are reprogramming the mind and the body. You may let go of addictions, phobias and physical issues. It becomes a powerful process of self discovery. You are empowering yourself to achieve your goals. Hypnosis is effective! Past Life Regressions The spirit mind (located in the subconscious) recalls every moment your soul has experienced, from one lifetime to the next. These experiences as they register in your cell memory, may cause reoccuring patterns which hinders progress in the present. You may not understand why you've made negative choices or put yourself in sabotaging situations. Pain in the body or emotional issues have no logical origin. Habits are extremely difficult to overcome. By going to the origin in the past through regression, these patterns may be released. Information registered in cell memory is revealed and you begin to see the bigger picture. You understand why these habits have manifested over and over again. |

Chakras have their own history, as they relate to different emotional and mental thought patterns. Energy work may cause the issues related to the physical blockage to surface. The symbols work with mental and emotional issues. They enlighten you about your situation and give you insight as to opportunities in the future. In addition to interpreting the cards, I will channel messages to you from a spiritual perspective. |

| Reiki/Qigong Sessions Our bodies consist of patterns of energy that vibrate at different frequencies. It is important that these intricate patterns of energy flow harmoniously because they are intrinsically tied to the physical system of the body. Energy is the fuel to run the activity of every living cell! Energy blocks or imbalances cause discomfort or dis-ease. Symptoms may range from minor fatigue to pain and illness. I am a Reiki Master, practitioner, teacher and Qigong practitioner. I combine Qigong techniques with Reiki in my sessions. Qigong works with opening up, pulling out and releasing blockages or excess energy from the physical and emotional bodies. Reiki is channeling the universal life force, using different hand positions on or over the body to balance energy from the chakras. Chakras are spirals of concentrated energy located in the aura which align with the spine. The appropriate amount of energy is drawn to the area needed, in order to restore balance. Chakra balancing also promotes healing to the processes of the endocrine system, which controls hormones in the bloodstream and regulates the functioning of all of the body's organs and tissues. Balancing hormones that strongly influence emotional well-being also helps release the causal level of the physical problem (s). Healing may take place at the physicals, emotional and spiritual levels |
